Looking To Enter The AI Race? Be Prepared To Hand Out Some Hefty Equity

Ai development needs the rise of investments also in people and engineers behind these technologies, that are also increasingly in demand. The 2017 Radford US Hot Skills and Competency Survey, introduced by CB Insight,  demonstrated that nearly half of all participants believe that AI and machine learning skills are important to their company’s near-term success and are actively recruiting for candidates with these skills. However, companies have to take into account that this could lead to serious internal pay equity problems as well as allocating resources to a small group of employees who aren’t actually going to make a lasting impact on their business.
